Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Each piece from MinnieMadeNY is 100% hand-measured and hand-crafted, meaning slight variations in size and shape are part of its unique charm. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or seems a bit off, please contact us within three days of receiving it — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and photos before purchasing. Thank you for understanding and supporting handmade artistry.

Immediate Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or modify your order right after checkout, please email us at info@minniemadeny.com. As long as the order hasn’t been processed, we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.

• Stems will NOT arrive as a pre-arranged bouquet. Get creative and arrange them your way!
• Every stem is hand-measured and hand-bent, making each piece truly one of a kind. Expect slight variations from the photos.
• Unbox carefully, taking out one stem at a time.
• To keep your arrangement stable, ensure at least half of each stem’s length is inside the vase.
• Handle with care — the wire is delicate and can be damaged with excessive force.
