Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Each MinnieMadeNY piece is crafted individually, so slight variations in size and shape are natural.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within three days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help. We encourage you to review product details and photos carefully before purchasing. Thank you for understanding!

Order Cancellations
