If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or seems a bit off, please contact us within three days of receiving it — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. - Stems will NOT arrive as a pre-arranged bouquet. Get creative and arrange them your way!
- Every stem is hand-measured and hand-bent, making each piece truly one of a kind. Expect slight variations from the photos.
- Unbox carefully, taking out one stem at a time.
- To keep your arrangement stable, ensure at least half of each stem’s length is inside the vase.
- Handle with care — the wire is delicate and can be damaged with excessive force.
