Each piece from MinnieMadeNY is 100% hand-measured, hand-crafted one by one, and may have slight variations in size and shape. If you believe you received a damaged or defective item or think they're misbehaving in any way, feel free to contact us within three days of receiving the items, and we will try our best to resolve the issue. We encourage you to thoroughly review our product descriptions and photos before purchasing to ensure you are satisfied with your selection. Thank you for being so understanding

Immediate Order Cancellation - If you want to cancel or change the order immediately after checkout, email us at info@minniemadeny.com. We will gladly cancel or change your order if we have not initiated it.
 

Material:

Anodized aluminum wire (Malleable) - all items can be easily manipulated by hand. Hammering the wire is optional if you want to harden it.

Care Instructions:

• Wire stems will NOT come as a bouquet like in the display photos. Arranging is required and is up to the customers. Please add your creativity!
• Because all items are hand-measured and hand-bent, every piece will look different from the photographed one or the others. You're getting a one-of-a-kind stem every time.
• When unboxing, carefully take out one stem at a time.
• Please keep at least half of the stem length inside the vase to stabilize the stems. 
• They can be broken or destroyed with a heavy hand. Please handle them with care at all times.
